1.) Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/Hallmark Gift Card

There's a lot of down-time in chemo and surgery recovery. I remember watching a LOT of Pretty Little Liars in my cancer season and it was a helpful distraction. Give the gift of entertainment with access to hundreds of Christmas shows and movies!

2.) "What in the World Are You Doing with Cancer" by Hannah McGinnis

This book was written by a young adult cancer survivor, so she gets it! This book will let your young adult fighter/survivor know that they're not alone in this.

3.) Gift Card to UberEats/GrubHub/Food Place with Delivery

I wish these delivery options were around in my cancer season! There was a night that I wanted something from Publix and didn't think I needed to call for help to get it. To my surprise, I ended up passing out in the Publix parking lot walking back to my car and some nice stranger lady drove me home. Needless to say, food deliveries are GOLD to a patient in treatment and after, as well as during surgery recovery.

4.) A Grit & Virtue Journal

This company keeps it real. The journals listed below is full of daily prompts and will help your young adult process through everything going on in their lives- day by day.

5.) A Travel Gift Card

The gift of travel is so important as it reminds patients that there is still life to be lived and new places to be discovered in the chaos of the their cancer season. These gift cards, along with all the cards listed at this link, give them something to look forward to!

 Most Importantly, a Bible

No promo paragraph needed for this- the Word of God sheds the light that will outshine their cancer darkness.
